John-Anthony heads Gadens’ employment and safety practice in Brisbane and has spent many years serving as a trusted adviser to a broad range of corporate clients, providing legal advice on employment, occupational health and safety and industrial relations.
He has led complex disciplinary investigations and audits, advised on and implemented safety and health management systems and regularly represents clients’ interests in all aspects of employment, discrimination, safety and industrial relations disputes and litigation. He acts for clients across a wide industry base from the resources and transport sectors to the aged care and education sectors.
John-Anthony is passionate about promoting excellent relationships in the workplace and takes a holistic approach in finding practical solutions for businesses.
