Gadens Sydney is pleased to announce that Doron Rivlin has joined the firm’s construction team as a partner.
Doron, formerly a partner at HerbertGeer, has extensive experience acting in matters related to airports, sporting facilities, defence, property, educational facilities, mining, hydro-electric and chemical facilities, water treatment plants, and transport.
His clients include developers, contractors, professional consultants and private clients.
Doron is particularly experienced at contract preparation and all forms of commercial dispute resolution including litigation, arbitration, mediation and adjudication. He is an accredited adjudicator under the Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act, bringing to three the number of Gadens partners who are accredited adjudicators under the Act.
Doron has a Masters in International Commercial Law (Honours) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (Honours) from University College Dublin and was a recommended lawyer in Doyle’s Guide to the Australian Legal Profession 2011.
Joining Doron at Gadens is Senior Associate Marcus Graham and lawyer Richard Bullock who has a background in engineering.
