​The highly experienced property team at Gadens Lawyers Sydney has expanded further with the addition of new partner, Laresa Koscharsky.

Laresa joins Gadens from DLA Piper where she was a partner. She advises on large commercial, industrial and retail property transactions including negotiating development contracts, documentation for acquisition and disposals and leasing.

Laresa’s client base includes corporate clients, listed property trusts and developers.

She brings a wealth of experience that will be very valuable for our large institutional property clients. At a time when many large law firms are scaling back their property practices, Laresa’s appointment is indicative of Gadens’ commitment to the sector, with property being a core area of focus for the firm.’

Laresa is a member of the Women's Lawyers Association, the Property Council of Australia’s Future Directions Committee, and in addition to her law degree has a science degree majoring in genetics.
